Yoga has been part of Jocelyn’s life for over 20 years. That personal commitment has created her conviction in the healing and guiding benefits of a regular yoga practice. In addition, her experience has ignited her passion to share yoga with others.
Certified in 2003 through the Yoga Association of Alberta; Jocelyn has practiced, studied and trained in a variety of styles leading to her signature, energetic and safe Hatha flow that is readily accessible.
Jocelyn brings awareness, connection and love into her sessions to enable her students to be open to the physical, spiritual, and mental benefits that are available from a committed yoga practice. Limited class sizes and her safe, clean, private studio also
enhance your experience.
A typical practice includes pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (physical poses), mantras (hand gestures), and savasana (meditation and regeneration).
Beyond the mat Jocelyn is active and creative. She has a flair for the culinary arts. Family, friends and travel are important means to connect, grow and recharge.
